One of the things I love most about the 30-Day Challenge, is that the rewards go much farther than physical fitness. Each of us have our own unique ways of approaching this (or any other) challenge – and being in discovery of how we address this can really be very powerful. And well, getting to Day 30 – that feeling of accomplishment – when you had NO IDEA you could ever successfully hold a 6-minute plank (or whatever we have on Day 30) – that’s just HUGE! Just imagine all of the other things you can do in life with this kind of focus and tenacity! ~ Ali
