30-Day Push Up Challenge

Allow me to say – this one was HARD!  And before I attempted it, I did not think I could do it.  But I did.  And my arms never looked as good as they did that month!!!  Unfortunately (really fortunately), my competitive nature got the best of me and I started the month with something like a 48 max rep minute test – which meant that on Day 14… well, see for yourself.  Don’t worry – if you have to break things up to get ’em done, that’s okay.  Just get em done with the best form possible on each day!  ~ AliPushUpChallenge1
