Clean Waldorf Salad


I found an easy modification on the classic Waldorf Salad today on Instragram (@GoofyFootFoods)…


1 1/2 cup cooked organic chick peas

1 organic avocado

1/2 organic red onion; diced

1 organic Granny Smith apple; diced

1 organic celery stalk; diced

2 Tbsp fresh dill; chopped

Dressing: Juice of 1 organic lemon, 2 teaspoons coconut nectar, sea salt and black pepper to taste

Hemp seeds


Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.  Add dressing and mix.  Plate and top with a sprinkle of help seeds.
