I love Kale! There are so many amazing benefits to including this great green veggie into your regular diet. It’s an anti-inflammatory food that is full of potassium and anti-oxidants, fiber, calcium, Vitamin C, magnesium, protein, folate, iron – and even protein! It’s one of the most nutrient dense foods around!
So here’s a super-easy, 5-minute side dish.
A large bunch of Organic Dino Kale
Organic Olive Oil
Himalayan Sea Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Organic Chopped Garlic
Organic Red Pepper Flakes
Get some olive oil into a large pan and begin to heat. Add some sea salt and pepper. Add the chopped garlic. Let that heat up a bit.
Toss in some red pepper flakes – depending on how much heat you like, gauge the amount.
Start to add in the kale leaves – you may need to break them into halves – and coat.
Toss with a wooden spoon until the kale becomes soft. You may want to cover for just a minute or 2 to let some of the steam in.
Add a little more sea salt and pepper to taste if needed.
