Jack’s Crunchy Frog

In a V-like sitting position, first wrap your legs with your arms. Quickly open yourself up by moving your arms out to your sides and extending your legs out in front of you in the air.   You are now balancing on an elongated V shape.  Bring your legs back in and repeat.  Stay focused on contracting your abdominal muscles to create stability for your back!
