Jack’s Leg Lifts

Lying supine on the floor, place your hands at your side, or behind your head.  For greater support of your back, I recommend placing hands under your butt.

Now raise your  legs up from the ground until they are at about 80 degrees.  Hold for a brief moment, and slowly bring your legs down toward the ground again, stopping at about 10 degrees.  Repeat.
