Lie supine (on back), with your legs and arms spread out straight. Now reach your right arm up to meet your left leg at 90 degrees, pause at the top, and lie back supine. Now alternate, reaching your left arm up to meet your right leg, pause, and back to supine. You may choose to use light weights in arms or on ankles for this exercise, however, this is optional. Always be sure to contract your oblique muscles on the exertion, and DO NOT FORGET TO BREATHE! Enjoy!
