Jack’s Plank Jacks

Starting in a forearm plank position, being careful to create a straight line from the bottom of your ankles, up your back directly to the top of your head, move your legs out a bit more than shoulder distance apart.  Now jump your legs in and outward as though your were doing a jumping jack motion.  On time in and out equals on repetition.  Monthly Fit Challengers Alyssa and Donna Copp love these!
