This exercise is meant to keep our abdominal wall strong, while also focusing on our obliques (or what many of us think of as our waistline). Let’s whittle those waists for Summer together! Hold your plank with straight arms (this is not a forearm plank, but more like a plank in yoga). Keep you core strong and your body in one long line from toes, up your back, and reaching out through your neck. Focus on a point slightly ahead of you on the floor. Now bring your left knee towards your right elbow as far as you can – if you can touch, great! Hold for a moment, and them back to the floor. Now alternate, bringing you right knee towards you left elbow. Hold and back to the floor. Repeat.
