My friend Frankie on Big Brother gave me the idea for this one! I hope I can describe it well! We are focusing on contracting our oblique muscles during this exercise. First, lie on your back. Holding hands together over your head, and even pressed against ears for stability, slowly crunch a little ways up toward to right, and as though your upper torso is stirring a big stew, use your oblique muscles to stir in a circular motion toward the left. Make circular motions crunching up and down from right to left (counter clockwise). Each circle is a repetition. Then repeat with clockwise circles to the left.
