  1. Here’s the exercise I’m thinking of. Lie on your back, knees bent in the air. Hands behind head, raise head, and going back and forth in a controlled but rapid way, touch right elbow to left knee, then left elbow to right knee, etc.

    • Got it – thanks for the suggestion – I like those (person who I know really well). 🙂
