Loving Salads: Treat Your Brain, Heart, Blood, Liver and Skin

One of my favorite salads includes these ingredients:

Organic Dino Kale

Organic Walnuts

Quinoa

Organic Avocado

Dried Cranberries

Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette – squeeze the juice of a meyer lemon, add a couple tablespoons of Organic Olive Oil, sea salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp of raw honey

With Omega 3, Omega 6, complete protein, calcium, antioxidants, iron, magnesium, Vitamin A, E, K and more, this salad is great for my brain, my heart, my blood, liver, skin, bones, muscles, vision, and more!
