It’s November – and it’s almost time for the holidays!  So lets take this month to ROCK OUR ABs and get super proud of our accomplishments – so that maybe we choose with care when the holidays come!

It’s a month of Abs, Abs and more Abs!  And when you’re ready to do you planks – remember it’s just as much a mental game as it is a physical one.  Check this out to learn more about conquering the PLANK!  The toughest of the tough find new ways to ward off distractions (like the voice in our head telling us to quit).  BE BIGGER THAN THE EVIL VOICE TELLING YOU TO QUIT!  At the end of the month, THAT could be your biggest WIN!  Mastering THAT alone this month will tell you a lot about other things you can do in life.
